Handleyo checks whether a name appears to be available as a domain across seven extensions and as a handle on eight social platforms. It reports what it found at the moment it looked.

It does not register anything, reserve anything, or hold a name for you. It has no affiliation with the registries or the platforms it checks.

This is the most important thing on this page. Domain results come from registry data and are reliable. Handle results are read from public profile pages, and platforms do not always distinguish clearly between a handle that is free, one that was removed, one that is reserved and one that is banned.

Where we cannot verify a target, we show it as taken rather than guess that it is free, because telling you a name is available when it is not is the error that costs you money. That means an occasional name may be shown as unavailable when it could have been yours.

Confirm with the registrar or the platform before registering a name, buying a domain, printing anything, or otherwise relying on a result. We are not liable for a decision made on a result alone.

Each visitor gets one free check of one name across all targets. After that a subscription is required. We track that single free check with a cookie and a hashed IP address, described in the privacy policy.

Because addresses are shared, offices, universities, mobile networks, you may occasionally find your free check already used. Signing in and subscribing is the way past that.

Pro is billed monthly or annually through Stripe and renews automatically until cancelled. Prices are shown on the pricing section and include what is stated there.

Cancel any time from Billing in your account menu. Cancelling stops the next renewal and access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Periods already started are not refunded, monthly or annual, used or not. The free check exists so you can see what the product does before paying for it. See cancellation and refunds in full.

Subscriptions are for ordinary use by a person or a team naming things. Requests are rate limited, and automated scraping, resale of results, or running the service as the backend of another product are not permitted. We may suspend an account doing any of those.

The service depends on registries and public platforms we do not control. They change, throttle and go down without notice. We work to keep checks accurate and monitor them daily, but we do not guarantee uptime or uninterrupted accuracy.

To the extent the law allows, Zootric LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this service, including registration costs, rebranding costs or lost opportunity from a name you did or did not pursue.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.
