Cancellation and refunds

Cancel any time from Billing, under your account menu. There is no notice period and nothing to email us about.

Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for, rather than losing it the moment you cancel. A monthly plan cancelled on day two still runs to the end of that month; an annual plan runs to the end of the year.

We do not refund a subscription period that has already started, whether monthly or annual, and whether or not you used it. Cancelling ends future billing; it does not return money already paid.

This is why the free check exists. You get one full check of a name across all fifteen targets, with no account and no card, so you can see exactly what the product does before paying for it.

Moving to annual happens immediately. The unused part of the month you have paid for is credited against the year, so you are not charged twice for the same days.

Moving to monthly happens at the end of the year you have already paid for. Nothing is charged and nothing is refunded: you keep the full term you bought, and it renews monthly after that. You can change your mind and stay on annual until the day it renews.

If you were charged twice, charged after cancelling, or the service did not work as this site describes, that is a fault rather than a change of mind. Write to hello@zootric.com and we will put it right.

Depending on where you live, you may have a legal right to cancel a digital service within a set period that this policy cannot take away. Nothing here reduces those rights, and where they apply they take precedence over the section above.

Where a refund is required by law, it is returned to the original payment method through Stripe and typically appears within five to ten business days.
